Tim has over three decades’ experience as a director, MD, CEO and board adviser. He works with CEOs, startup founders, SME owners and senior executives across sectors like publishing, EdTech, technology, housing, engineering and finance. His approach blends executive coaching and business mentoring, focused on real-world leadership, developing confidence, managing change, handling conflict and achieving tangible outcomes.
